Strangely enough I thought this volcano was extinct :)

Dakar race passing in Salta

Today the Dakar race passed in the Argentinian province of Salta, where we live. Check this video for footage of the race passing through amazing rock formations:

The route traversed the Quebrada de las Flechas, or in English, Arrows gorge. If you wonder about the strange name, the following photos from our honeymoon (we took the same route) are self explanatory.

On the roof again

So here I am on yet another roof. Haven't posted in a while due to the general craziness of things - moving out, moving in, the loss of a family member, stress at work, etc. It's been a tough month but hopefully things will settle down a little bit now.

The Internet dude was just here to connect our apartment to the information highway so regular posting will resume shortly!
